Content Marketing Program at Skender
Planned and developed targeted content campaigns that were distributed to prominent owners, brokers, architects and influencers in the Chicago business community. Developed ELEVATION Magazine, a bi-annual publication that featured success stories of prominent clients and project partners. Tenant Tutorial targeted owners’ representatives and tenants looking to move into newly constructed office buildings in downtown Chicago. Both publications provided prospects with valuable considerations as they planned their projects.
The Result
Both publications were successful in starting conversations between Skender’s sales leadership and prospective clients. The publications also helped elevate Skender’s brand and reinforce their position as a sophisticated general contractor that used advanced technologies and project delivery methods to maximize value.
Digital Content Marketing Program at LafargeHolcim in the US
Developed digital content marketing program for both LafargeHolcim’s ACM and Cement business units. Program included a quarterly customer e-newsletter and webinar programs that touched on hot topics. Topics included best practices during COVID-19, transitioning to sustainable building materials and product-related educational programs. Building these programs required heavy collaboration between marketing and sales.
The Result
Each program consistently achieved high click-through rates, especially content that presented hot topics. For example, the COVID-19 series garnered a 14% clickthrough rate, double the industry average.
