ConcreteDirect App Launch and Pilot Communications Program

Launched brand and sales enablement tools for LafargeHolcim’s concrete-ordering app, ConcreteDirect. Led brand treatment, developed digital and traditional go-to-market materials for sales teams. Also piloted an upsell program that allowed sales managers to mass communicate with customers at the point of sale.

The Result

In-app concrete ordering now comprises nearly 40 percent of all concrete orders in the United States and has allowed LafargeHolcim in the US to increase share of wallet with current customers. The upsell pilot program also resulted in increased margins: In Boston, upsells of ice sold after the initial order tripled over the prior year, resulting in much higher margins on concrete orders.
