Developed and executed an internal communications campaign that promoted Skender’s redefined guiding principles. The launch included a town hall, promotional materials, a launch video and an internal social media contest that encouraged employees to share their stories.
The Result
The contest generated 86 mentions of the new guiding principles on Yammer and employees displayed their promotional materials in both the corporate office and the field. The campaign helped make the guiding principles memorable and made it relevant to employees.
Skender Foundation Launch
Developed brand, marketing communications plan, launch materials and event support for Skender Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization that raises funds for education and health-related causes throughout Chicago.
The Result
Since its inception in 2012, Skender Foundation has raised over $2 million for more than 200 charitable organizations. The launch ensured that Skender Foundation gained the right amount of credibility to obtain sponsors, donations and valuable partnerships throughout Chicago.
